You sail between the beautiful Greek islands

We invite you to enjoy a sailing trip on catamaran Yemaya for a week. You sail between the beautiful Greek islands in the Ionian Sea. We sail to a different bay every day. You can go hiking, swimming, snorkeling every day. Evening meals on board are alternated with meals ashore, so you have the opportunity to admire the Greek villages and taste local dishes.

A double vacation!

In the morning we start with simple mindfulness exercises. The exercises are down to earth and help you to ground yourself in the here and now. Every day we work with a mindfulness theme, the Stage of the day. Mindfulness and sailing are connected in a playful way. These mindfulness exercises help you to experience more peace and relaxation. Not only during this trip but also in your daily life when you get back home. A double vacation! For your body and for your mind.

Let the wind take you away

For the rest of the day you let the wind take you from island to island. You enjoy the game of sun, wind, sea and boat. You travel while you don’t have to unpack your suitcase. Your journey is also sustainable. Almost all of our energy is supplied by sun and wind.
